Electronic control panel in the English language of the device makes it possible to record up to 99 programs with up to 4 cooking stages in each program. Uniform circulation of heat is provided by reversible fan and rounded off corners of the chamber. Ring heating elements around the fan also contribute to uniform product baking on each level.
For safety reasons the combi steamer is equipped with an emergency thermo switch which is activated when the temperature in the chamber reaches 320оС. Ventilated door and a two-stage opening mechanism of the bake oven protect personnel from an impact of hot steam.
Low power consumption (4,6 kWt) essentially reduces exploitation costs. The construction of the device allows washing its internal surfaces with water. No additional tools are required to remove a fat filter and guide rails. All the components are made of stainless steel AISI 304.
