ZVV-800P with steam condenser
The ZVV-800P exhaust hood with steam condenser consists of 2 main parts: an air intake and a framework of heat-exchange unit. There are charcoal filters and removable labyrinth filters, heat-exchange unit and adsorbing fan in the framework of heat-exchange unit. ZVV-800P with steam condenser is connected to the combi-steamer by means of a power cable (1.8 m with grounding) and fixed with corners and bolts M5 to the rear wall of the mini combi-steamer.
Principle of operation: The heated air saturated with vapors of oil, fat and water is sucked in by the fan and passes through the labyrinth filters. Then, the oil, grease and water vapor contained in the air condense into water and drain to the drainage system or other container. Cooled air comes from combi-steamer to the exhaust where it cleaned by charcoal filter and withdrawn to the atmosphere.
There are 2 charcoal filters and 3 labyrinth filters in ZVV-800P. All these filters are easily removable: charcoal filters are changed, labyrinth filters are cleaned.
All Abat exhaust hoods are made of AISI 304. It provides long-term operational life even during intense exploitation.
