SHOCK-10-1/1

Constant temperature control and high speed of cooling and freezing exclude bacterial growth. Less shrinkage losses in comparison with traditional cooling; the products preserve their taste, vitamins and mineral substances. Both the body and the chamber are made fully of AISI 304 stainless steel. Lower position of the cooling unit. Core temperature probe features automatic defrosting function which prevents its freezing to the product. To ensure thermal insulation of the chamber the doors of the shock freezers are equipped with magnetic gaskets. The cooling unit and the fan (-s) ensure uniform cooling of the product. The guiding grids are intended for placing vacuum packed products either in GN 1/1 containers or 600x400 mm trays. Height adjustable legs.
