The capacity of one chamber is 4 GN 1/2 trays of 325x265 mm size. The temperature regulation range is +50°+270°C. Thermostat up to 320°C. The electronic control panel allows programming the time and temperature of the cooking process, and also the interval of water injection into the chamber, programming up to 99 four-stage programs. The cooking is also possible in a manual mode. Rounded off corners of the oven chamber and two reversible ventilators guarantee perfect cooking results. Quick-detachable guiding rails ensure trouble-free service and operation. The chamber has illumination and a terminal micro switch, which turns off the ventilator when the oven door is open. The oven is made of high-quality stainless steel. It can be installed onto a proofer SHRT-8-02 or onto support unit PK-8-02. It is possible to install it under PKA-6-1/2P or PKA-6-1/3P mini-combi steamers or to install two ovens one above another.
